Since 2004, The principals of Titan have acquired and sold real estate assets exceeding $2 million. Our focus areas are currently northern and central New Jersey.
Titan Ventures concentrates on acquiring and developing undervalued properties that will yield a high return for the company and its investors. The company targets a mix of single, multi-family homes, and mixed use properties that range in price upwards to $1 million. Titan purchases in areas with a strong job market/local economy, within a desirable location (i.e. close proximity to parks, shopping, transportation) and areas with a strong demographic upside.

Titan's acquisition and sales process includes:
- Identifying viable purchase opportunities that will yield high returns
- Examining the subject property, researching market data, and exploring value added initiatives
- Developing a financial analysis on the property
- Negotiating the purchase price, obtaining financing, and acquiring the property
- Coordinating and overseeing all phases of the property improvement/renovation process
- Developing a marketing strategy to liquidate properties quickly while maintaining the highest level of profits
