Michael Matarazzo
President

Mr. Matarazzo, President and founder, directs all business activities for the company and is responsible for the firm's overall strategic planning, guidance and performance. Under Mr. Matarazzo’s direction, the firm has seen purchasing power and project size grow each year.

Prior to founding Titan Ventures LLC in 2004, Mr. Matarazzo was a Program Director for Ingenix, a United Health Group Company, in Basking Ridge, New Jersey.

Mr. Matarazzo received his Bachelors degree from Rutgers University, Rutgers College, and is a licensed Realtor in the State of New Jersey.

Kevin Helder
Vice President

Mr. Helder, Vice President and founder, has a background in finance and has played an important role in raising private capital.

Prior to founding Titan Ventures, Mr. Helder was a financial analyst for Novartis Pharmaceuticals in Florham Park, New Jersey.

Mr. Helder received his Bachelors degree from The State University of New York, The College at Oneata.
