Titan has a variety of programs designed to grow our investor's money through our real estate ventures. Our programs range from interest bearing accounts to profit sharing joint ventures. Additionally, each investor receives a personal consultant, who provides a high level of customer service and support.
Our real estate ventures involve acquiring undervalued properties, improving them, and selling them for a substantial profit within a short time frame. Our company primarily focuses on properties that are in need of renovation. This is commonly referred to in the real estate investing world as "re-habbing". Every purchase we make is carefully evaluated to ensure growth for Titan's funds and our investor's funds. Security is provided in the form a promissory note and in some cases a position on the mortgage.
Interest Bearing Accounts
These lucrative and affordable accounts require a minimum investment of $10,000 USD. In return, investors receive 12% interest on their investment. At the end of 12 months, the investor has the option of cashing out or rolling the money for another year.
Joint Ventures
This service is provided to high net worth clients who would prefer a larger return. Under the terms of this program, an investor will fund an entire project, which in turn is managed by Titan. When the property is sold, the profits are split 50/50.
