Our criteria for accepting deals:
- Purchasing and renovating a property for 65-75% of the "After Repaired Value (ARV)".
Types of homes that Titan is interested in:
- Handyman/Fixer-Uppers
- Distressed 1 to 4 family dwellings
- Bank owned properties or pre-foreclosures
- Condo conversion projects
Properties are to be delivered vacant or are soon to be vacant.
Areas of interest:
- Northern and Central New Jersey
Our offers are based on precise market driven data and analysis, therefore it is important that we have as much information as possible on the subject property. Additionally, we require a comparable market analysis showing what homes have sold for in the area during the past six months.
